1870 - Where Dining Becomes Connection.

My starting point for the design was The Fenwick Hotel’s identity and the tree within its logo.

Rather than interpreting the tree literally, I wanted its meaning and organic character to subtly flow through the interior. I was drawn to the idea of roots, branches and connection, a natural reflection of a restaurant as a place where people come together.

This inspired the soft, organic forms that appear throughout the space: from the sweeping lines of the mural and curved bespoke metalwork to the planting, natural textures and layered materials.

The intention was to create a gentle connection between the brand and the interior, something that can be felt rather than immediately recognised.

The result is a contemporary dining space that feels warm, grounded and connected to The Fenwick Hotel’s identity.
